Two Year Warranty

All Candide technical products (Jackets, Pants, Insulators) benefit from a 2 year repair warranty, from the product buying date. It typically includes seams, zips, snap buttons & buttons, drawcords. We are also happy to help our customers fix non-warranty-claims with our workshops when possible. See more on the warranty process.

 

Secured Payments

We use Shopify Payment to guarantee an extra secured online payment getaway. Shopify Payments is PCI compliant, the global security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information, established by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and JCB. Your payment data is therefore crypted and the servers on which it transits are secured according to the highest global standard.

Free Exchanges* 

On request and within 14days after delivery we shall provide you with a prepaid label to exchange your items for free. For some locations we may ask you to send the items back by your own means and refund you the fees.
